In order to establish the right fan culture between Be:Max members and fans, we will guide you on fan rules and etiquette.

Harassment

-Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. At Be:Max’s discretion, if someone is found to be harassing the members or any of their staff, they will be banned from future events.

 

Undisclosed schedules and private places

-It is not permitted to visit or wait for the artists at the artists’ private places, such as accommodations (including overseas accommodations), studio, hair/makeup salons, practice rooms, etc.

-It is not permitted to visit or wait for the artists at undisclosed schedule locations.

 

In regards to the airport

-Please act in a way that does not disturb or inconvenience other people at the airport.

-Please make sure to follow all of the airport rules and listen to any requests given by airport staff or any other staff members that are supporting the artist.

 

Inquiries

-Please direct all inquiries about the group and related events to the official accounts.

-Please refrain from messaging the personal accounts of the members and their staff.

 

Please note once more, that individuals who continue to take part in prohibited actions stated above as well as other disorderly actions can be restricted from participating in events without prior notice.
